To commemorate this important milestone, NUC-TUCT is hosting a rooftop party and fundraising event: “Affordable Homes Together!”
Join together on June 4th to celebrate the achievement of providing hundreds of neighbours with affordable homes, and make a contribution to help ensure that these homes continue to be affordable for another 20 years!

The NUC-TUCT charity has operated since 1994, but the building “Lester B Pearson Place”, named in honour of Rt. Honourable Lester B. Pearson – Prime Minister of Canada from 1963-1968, was completed and opened in 2006.
Once Pearson Place opened, it took only a matter of weeks for all the homes to be filled with new neighbours in a beautiful new community. Since then, Pearson Place has been continuously occupied, with most of the neighbours renting spacious apartments below market value or geared to their income.
Live music and light refreshments will accompany shared memories and speeches by notable dignitaries.
Space is limited. Doors open at 7pm!
